Widespread Disruptions as Storms Sweep from Coast to Coast. East Coast Storm
The first storm tore through the South, spawning at least 10 tornadoes from Oklahoma to Florida. Mississippi officials have confirmed three fatalities due to the severe weather. Now, the storm is moving up the East Coast, bringing winds up to 70 mph and torrential rain.

Midwest Blizzard: Dangerous Whiteout Conditions
Meanwhile, in the Midwest and Great Lakes, the same storm system is unleashing blizzard conditions, prompting warnings from Iowa to Michigan. Wind gusts exceeding 50 mph and heavy snowfall are making travel treacherous.
